Ayşe graduated from Bilkent University, Ankara in Tourism management. Ayşe worked at the Sheraton hotel, Ankara and the Turkish Parliament before becoming a professional licensed guide in 2001. Ayse has guided an international clientele on cultural and archaeological tours round Western and central Turkey. After the birth of her daughter Nilsu, Ayşe applies her culinary skills and guiding experience running cooking workshop in the outdoor kitchen.
